Your right to delete
Per the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data.

What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email), exam attempts (anonymized in aggregates), and active entitlements.

What we keep
Payment records (10 years, BIR requirement) and anonymized attempt statistics for product improvement.

How to delete
Sign in and visit your Settings page, then click “Delete my account.” If you can't sign in, email privacy@example.com from the email address on the account. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with NPC guidance under RA 10173.

Permanence
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
